📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Area Manager in managing and supervising the sales team.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the Area Manager.,Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales management and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
