📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
