PT Sri Cemerlang is looking for a Deputy Team Leader to join our team in Duren Sawit. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Team Leader in managing and leading the team.,Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in resolving team conflicts and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the team.,Support the Team Leader in managing team budgets and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of success in a team leadership role.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
