📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate driver operations, ensuring seamless transportation services.
• Schedule and optimize routes using GPS and route planning software.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team and other stakeholders to improve fleet efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Provide support and guidance to new drivers to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in driver management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and route planning software, such as Google Maps, Waze, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
• Certification in driver training and safety (e.g., CDL, TIA, or similar) is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and safety in a logistics environment.
