Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in civil engineering.Report to senior management on project progress and any issues that arise.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven track record of success in civil engineering projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
