📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Manage and train junior Demi Chefs,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality,Participate in menu planning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Good knowledge of health and safety regulations,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
