Hokian Hana Spareparts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior tax professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes.,Conduct tax audits and investigations to ensure accurate and complete tax reporting.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team and other departments on tax-related matters.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company's tax practices are up-to-date and compliant.,Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, providing training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on corporate taxation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other departments.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
