📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the company's learning and development needs.,Identify training needs and gaps through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses to employees.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them achieve their goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
