As a Mandarin Translator, you will be at the heart of our international projects, translating documents, conducting interviews, and facilitating meetings between our Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, reports, and other materials between Indonesian and Mandarin with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate meetings between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of translation databases and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in the sustainable palm oil sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of translation processes and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to translation and communication.
• Provide translation support for marketing and promotional materials targeting the Chinese market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Mandarin Chinese, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation services, with a focus on business or technical documentation.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Mandarin Chinese (e.g., HSK 6 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in the sustainable palm oil industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
