📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care according to medical orders.,Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.,Administering medications as prescribed by the physician.,Assisting in patient education and health promotion activities.,Documenting patient care activities accurately and completely.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient room.,Participating in staff meetings and in-service training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
