Astra Credit Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our MT Talent Pipeline program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our team's success. The internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and employee development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of job postings and marketing materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in the development and implementation of employee development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
