📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, implementing necessary updates in financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, Indonesian GAAP, and accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
