Teckwah Industrial Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations and transportation logistics.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and achieving key performance indicators.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and logistics industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
