Crown Home Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the outlet.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth outlet operations.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail or outlet management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to work in a team and independently.
