Gates Industrial Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Automotive and Renewable Energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industries we serve.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Automotive and Renewable Energy sectors.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Provide technical expertise and support to our sales team to ensure successful project execution.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.,Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving quarterly targets.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on Automotive and Renewable Energy sectors.,Strong understanding of technical products and solutions offered by Gates Industrial.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
