Oversee daily operations of the Pickup Coffee store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of coffee and food service industry best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in food safety and service a plus.
