PT Damar Nusa is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Baturaja. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
