📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the property and local attractions.
• Managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination.
• Promoting the property and its amenities to guests.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
