📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Prepare and distribute job postings to various job boards and career websites.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
