📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and passenger services.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers at all times.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working order.,Coordinate with port authorities, maritime authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.,Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety of the vessel and its occupants.,Train and mentor junior crew members to ensure they are competent and confident in their roles.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew schedules, and passenger manifests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Previous experience in cargo handling or passenger transportation is a plus.
