📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in managing and supervising operational staff.
  • Ensure the efficient use of resources and materials.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and productivity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
