📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Understanding of basic English is a plus.
