In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the pharmacy operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily reports to the management team.,Oversee the operation of the pharmacy's point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the healthcare or retail industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
