UNITY Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for operation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of company vehicles.,Inspect vehicles to identify and address mechanical issues.,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of work.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing vehicle maintenance and repair operations.,Certification in automotive repair and maintenance (preferred).,Strong knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic computer systems for record-keeping and inventory management.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
