📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure new tenants for commercial properties and mall spaces, ensuring high occupancy rates.
• Manage existing leases, including renewals and terminations, while maintaining strong tenant relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals, including financial analyses and market comparisons.
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and leasing agreements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
