📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, using our espresso machine and other equipment.
• Take and process food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with menu items and specials, and communicate this information to guests.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
