📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed mine plans using MineSight and AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with project goals and operational constraints.
• Conduct production forecasting and resource allocation to optimize project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to execute projects efficiently and safely.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning and project execution, preferably in the construction and mining sector.
• Proven expertise in using MineSight, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional certification in mine planning or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
