As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our retail operations in Bali, ensuring smooth daily operations, training and developing your team, and driving sales performance. You'll work closely with our experienced Supervisors to manage multiple departments, including sales, customer service, and inventory. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to take the next step in their retail career.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 retail staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Conduct daily store audits to monitor stock levels, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock-taking, ordering, and replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure store performance meets targets.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, with a focus on health and beauty products.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
