📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Perform routine kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, adhering to established kitchen protocols and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
