📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and automation systems
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other automation devices
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Perform calibration and testing of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Document and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and automation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mechanical components and machinery
- Certification in safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
