📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in English teaching.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Provide additional support to students outside of regular class hours, such as homework help or extra practice sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English, either in a formal or informal setting.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and teaching methodologies.
