Club and Activities Manager - Luxury Resort & Hospitality

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of activities and events that cater to the resort's high-end clientele. As part of our luxury resort and hospitality group, you'll have the opportunity to work in stunning locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, each offering unique cultural and natural experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of activities and events for the resort's high-end clientele, including but not limited to, themed parties, cultural experiences, and exclusive tours.
• Work closely with the resort's management team to ensure that all events align with the resort's luxury brand and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
• Oversee the budgeting and procurement of resources for events, ensuring that all activities are executed within the allocated budget.
• Collaborate with local vendors and service providers to secure the best possible deals and ensure the quality of services provided.
• Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of all events.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, tourism boards, and cultural institutions, to secure permits and partnerships for events.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of all events, collecting feedback from guests and making necessary adjustments to improve future events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality and event management industry, and incorporate innovative ideas into the resort's event planning strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and activities.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
