In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our electronics lab, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures, and you'll be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of our electronics manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the electronics lab, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Manage a team of electronics technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic devices, including PCBs, microcomponents, and microcontrollers.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our electronics manufacturing processes.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the electronics industry, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting, with a focus on PCBs, microcomponents, and microcontrollers.
• Proven experience in managing a team of technicians and overseeing the daily operations of an electronics lab.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, PCB design, and microcontroller programming.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Altium Designer, KiCad, and Arduino IDE.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
