As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with our top chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that every meal served is not only delicious but also presented with impeccable cleanliness.

Our luxury hospitality team in Bali is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas. You will work in some of the most renowned hotels and resorts in Bali, including those in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will use industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment, such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants. You will also be required to follow strict hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure that our kitchen areas are always safe and clean for our staff and guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including food preparation areas, storage rooms, and dining rooms.
• Use industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment, such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure that kitchen areas are always safe and clean for staff and guests.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen areas for events and special occasions.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all food and beverage items are presented with impeccable cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to ensure that all cleaning and hygiene standards are being met.
• Report any issues or concerns related to cleanliness and hygiene to the appropriate personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
